Terms of Use
noindex directive.Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and <<COMPANY-LEGAL-NAME>> (Companies House <<COMPANY-NUMBER>>), trading as WheelsAI, registered in England and Wales. By using the site you accept them.
What WheelsAI is
WheelsAI is a marketplace and information service. We do not sell vehicles directly. Listings are submitted by independent dealers who are responsible for the accuracy of their content. We also surface DVLA / DVSA data, market valuations and editorial guides for buyer education.
Accounts
You can browse without an account. Some features (saved searches, saved vehicles, repair bookings, dealer enquiries) require registration. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Free vehicle checks
MOT, tax, registration and inspection-history checks are provided as-is, drawn from official public sources. We make reasonable efforts to keep them accurate but do not warrant completeness. Use the underlying gov.uk services for the authoritative record before purchase.
Buying a vehicle
The contract to buy a vehicle is between you and the dealer. Dealer obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, distance-selling rules and finance regulations apply directly. We are not a party to that contract and do not act as your agent.
Acceptable use
- Don't scrape, abuse, or attempt to disrupt the site.
- Don't submit false vehicle data, fake enquiries or impersonate a dealer.
- Don't use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The site, brand and original content are owned by WheelsAI and its licensors. MOT data is © Crown copyright. Listing content is the property of the submitting dealer; we license it under their dealer agreement to display on the marketplace.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses you couldn't reasonably foresee, business losses, or losses caused by a dealer's act or omission. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to <<LIABILITY-CAP>>.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the site. The current version is dated <<EFFECTIVE-DATE>>.
Governing law
English law governs these terms; the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes (without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer in your home jurisdiction).
